Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 2500 West Illinois Avenue, a 19,547-square-foot office building located in Midland, Texas, according to David G. Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Alex Sacks, Brett Rodgers and Frank M. Roti, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer as well. Tim Speck assisted on the transaction as Marcus & Millichap’s Texas broker of record.

2500 West Illinois Avenue is strategically located just two blocks away from Midland Memorial Hospital.  This multi-tenant building was constructed in 1955 but saw a full rebuild in 2013. The anchor tenant of the property is Midland Women’s Clinic, which is the largest women’s healthcare practice in western Texas. Other tenants of the property include Cook Children’s Clinic and LabCorp.
