Mike Prost, senior vice president; Sergio Chapa, vice president; and Jim Kettinger Jr., associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented building ownership, CenterPoint Properties, in the transaction.
Separately, Aarrow HealthCare Ltd. has leased 4,080 square feet of warehouse space located at 780 W. Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago. Jay Farnam, senior associate of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented building ownership, Inland Fasteners, in the transaction.
