Meridian Design Build recently wrapped construction on a 132,002-square-foot speculative industrial building in Mount Pleasant, Wis.
The building, built for Land and Lakes Development, offers 10 loading docks, two drive-in doors and 153 parking spaces.
The facility is the first to be built in Land and Lakes’ 60-acre Mount Pleasant Business Park. The park has the potential to accommodate up to 800,000 square feet of new construction.
