Meridian Design Build was recently selected by Kerry Ingredients & Flavours to coordinate the design-build renovation of an existing restaurant space in Westchester, Ill., to accommodate a commercial test kitchen.
The new facility is being designed to allow the food ingredient and additive manufacturer to work interactively with its clients to develop, test and promote new product concepts and flavor solutions. The completed space will include a full-service commercial kitchen and beverage counter/bar area as well as a presentation room and office space.
The project is Meridian’s third major project for Kerry since 2010.
