Meridian Design Build started construction on a 262,758-square-foot industrial spec building for HSA Commercial Real Estate in Plainfield, Indiana.
The new facility will be located on a 19.36-acre site at 845 Airtech Parkway.
The 32-foot clear multi-tenant building will offer 30 loading docks, four drive-in doors, 185 auto parking spaces and 70 trailer parking stalls. The project is one of two industrial buildings that Meridian is building in the Indianapolis area.
Cornerstone Architects is providing architectural services, while Innovative Engineering & Consulting is providing civil engineering services.
Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe of CBRE are handling leasing for the project.
