Metonic Real Estate Services has purchased the Metropolitan Business Center in Omaha, a 137,000-square-foot office building that sits on nearly four acres at 11128 John Galt Blvd.
Omaha’s World Group Commercial Real Estate was retained to provide leasing and property management services for the five-story building. The building is more than 90-percent occupied. Major tenants include Election Systems & Software and Creighton Alegent Health.
