Metonic Real Estate Solutions and Agman Partners have purchased Castle Point Apartments, a 740-unit multi-family development in South Bend, Ind.
Originally built in three phases from 1974 through 1980, Castle Point Apartments offers one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 737 to 1,340 square feet. It also comes with its own 20,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring a yoga/aerobics room, tanning room and game room.
Metonic plans to launch a revitalization program that will include new appliances and washer/dryers, upgraded kitchen cabinets and counter tops and new parking garages.
Omaha-based Seldin Company was selected as the property manager of the development.
