St. Louis-based multifamily developer Mia Rose Holdings has completed the sale of The Solstice, a 156-unit Class-A multifamily community in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.
The sale to Minneapolis-based Timberland Partners marks the third real estate transaction between the firms. In 2021, Timberland purchased Mia Rose Holdings-developed Grand Central at the Junction in Wentzville, Missouri and earlier in 2023 Timberland purchased Mia Rose Holdings-developed Pure Springdale in Northwest Arkansas.
Mia Rose has delivered or is developing more than 2,000 units of luxury, Class A, suburban multi-family and mixed-use development communities throughout the St. Louis region, primarily in St. Charles County. In total, the developer has over 3,000 total units in development across its St. Louis, Northwest Arkansas, Indianapolis and North Texas markets.
The Solstice development, in highly sought-after Lake Saint Louis, features 48 two-bedroom units and 108 one-bedroom units spread across five, three-story buildings consisting of 131,424 total square feet. The community added an amenity-rich, high-end housing option and community greenspace with numerous walking paths and trails. The high-profile location off Highway 40 and across from the Meadows at Lake Saint Louis shopping center supports local retailers. Construction broke ground in the Fall of 2021 and was completed in the Spring of 2023.
