Danny Nikitas, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the company’s Chicago office, announced the strategic hiring of office leasing specialist Michael Hull.
Effective immediately, Hull becomes a Principal of Avison Young. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, he will continue to specialize in office tenant representation. He was most recently a Senior Vice-President at MB Real Estate in Chicago.
“Mike will add valuable experience and depth to an already solid tenant representation platform here in our Chicago office,” comments Nikitas. “Mike’s practical knowledge of the world of both landlords and tenants has always made him a formidable advocate for all of his clients. He will focus on corporate services, but also be a strong source of new business development for Avison Young as we continue our aggressive expansion program across the U.S. and overseas.”
