Michael O’Leary joined Cawley Chicago on Team Hearne working with Joshua Hearne in the south industrial markets.
His prior work experience was in the construction business where he worked primarily on residential and commercial renovations in the Chicagoland area. O’Leary was a superintendent with Highgate Builders, one of the premier residential builders in the northern suburbs. While working there he would oversee the completion of multimillion dollar custom homes. Being able to drive multiple projects forward from start to finish will prove beneficial when assisting business owners with their time sensitive real estate needs.
O’Leary was a Division I collegiate athlete at the University of Northern Iowa. He also became an owner of Clean Vistas coin laundry in Elgin, Illinois, while finishing his degree. Having had the experience of being a business owner gives O’Leary insight into the challenges faced by other business operators.
He represents property owners and tenants in and around South Suburban Chicagoland in acquisitions and leasing of industrial real estate assets.
