Village Green has appointed Michelle Mariani as Senior Director of Business Development in Chicago.
In this role, Mariani will focus on understanding investment strategy of each client and build relationships with national suppliers to help clients grow their assets. She will focus on market areas that include Chicago, Minneapolis and St. Louis and will drive expansion in the third-party property management space for the multifamily sector.
Prior to joining Village Green, Mariani spent 13 years in the hotel businesses with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. There she built sales teams, managed key accounts and develop business strategy to drive up revenue results.
