Two of Southeast Michigan’s largest commercial real estate service providers and New York-based REalta Group Midwest have joined forces to become one of Michigan’s largest full-service commercial real estate advisory firms.
The new company will do business as CORE Partners and will be based out of Birmingham, Mich.
The company is made up of Birmingham-based CORE Partners; Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Burton Share Management Company; and New York’s REalta Group.
The new company will boast a portfolio of about 78 commercial and multi-family residential properties under management totaling 7.5 million square feet. Its total assets under management are valued at about $400 million.
CORE Partners also represents for lease or sale about 11.3 million square feet of commercial property throughout Southeast Michigan and the Midwest.
