Matthew Orsargos has joined Dominion Realty Services in Bingham Farms, Michigan, as senior vice president of asset management.
He oversees all property management and real estate assets and has direct responsibility for portfolio leasing, tenant relations, investor relations, financial management, value preservation and portfolio growth.
Orsargos brings more than 20 years of experience to his new position. During these years, he has been involved in all aspects of the business, including leasing, construction, financial reporting, budgeting, tenant relations, contracts, personnel and facilities oversight of 2 million square feet of office space.
Orsargos has completed the acquisition of 2 million square feet of more than $20 million in real estate. He also directed a group of property managers that was responsible for more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate.
