Michigan’s Farbman Group adds four team members

Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Farbman Group added four new team members to its family of organizations.

Jeanne Gross joins the NAI Farbman brokerage firm as senior vice president. Michele Tomaszewski joins Farbman Group as a property manager. Joseph Aronoff joins NAI Farbman and Farbman Group as a sales associate, while Jordon Machlis joins Apex Mechanical Solutions as an HVAC apprentice.

Jeanne Gross re-joins NAI Farbman as senior vice president, providing full-service brokerage services to Farbman’s portfolio of clients. In her new role, Gross is also focused on leasing up the Bingham Office Center in Bingham Farms, Mich. She brings over 35 years of experience to the firm, primarily in the management and brokerage of multifamily apartments, offices, medical facilities, retail centers and industrial buildings. Prior to taking over operations at a multifamily management company in 2020, Gross spent 30 years at Farbman Group where she leased up one million square feet of office, retail and medical space.

Michele Tomaszewski joins Farbman Group as a property manager. Tomaszewski brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality and property management. Prior to joining Farbman, she served as a general manager at Sonesta Hotels Corporation, where she achieved double-digit year-over-year sales growth. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

Joseph Aronoff joins NAI Farbman and Farbman Group as a sales associate. Prior to joining NAI Farbman and Farbman Group, Aronoff served as a partnership and special events coordinator with the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. Aronoff also holds a Michigan real estate license.

Jordon Machlis joins Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s resident heating and cooling organization, as an HVAC apprentice. Machlis holds an associate’s degree from Oakland Community College and recently earned a certificate in climate control technology from Northwestern Technological Institute.
