Michigan’s Farbman Group boosts staff by eight

Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate company based in Southfield, Michigan, has added eight hires across multiple facets of the company. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.

“Farbman Group continues to thrive in the commercial real estate industry by focusing on hiring top talent during these unprecedented times,” said Andrew Farbman, chief executive officer of Farbman Group. “Although it is rare for a company of our size to onboard eight new hires at once, our business remains steady as the industry is bouncing back in a big way. We knew we had to take advantage of the current hiring environment. We are happy to welcome these eight bright professionals to our growing company.”

Farbman Group has recently expanded its property management team with several new hires. Ed Mesner has been hired as Lead Engineer, Murad Al-Khatib as Maintenance Technician and Joanne Posluszny as Mailroom Assistant.

Huntington Construction, a leading commercial construction company under the Farbman Group umbrella, is also growing its recognizable business by filling two new positions. John Doria joined the team as senior project manager and Eric Stephenson as project manager.

Farbman Group continues expansion at a corporate level and throughout its retail portfolio. The firm brought on Tom Lyddy as lead engineer with expertise to service Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw, Michigan.

Farbman Group’s internship and mentoring program continues to thrive with the promotion of Fatima Saleh from intern to staff accountant, and the addition of Jake Cavazos as the firm’s newest intern.
