Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group hired Shontell Nash as property manager.
As property manager, Nash will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of buildings throughout the Detroit area. That includes ensuring the building operates smoothly, maintaining a well-rounded appearance, regularly inspecting the facility and managing maintenance staff and contract services.
Before joining Farbman Group, Nash served as a facilities coordinator and a junior portfolio manager. She graduated from Washtenaw Community College with an Associate of Arts degree.
