Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group has hired Joe Gebhardt as a property manager.
In Gebhardt’s new position, he will manage a portfolio of commercial properties that will span Oakland and Livingston counties in Michigan. Gebhardt will oversee all aspects of management including day-to-day building operations, financial reporting/budgeting, vendor relations and supervision of on-site staff. He will also facilitate collections, administer leases and coordinate tenant events.
Gebhardt has held numerous position in commercial real estate including property manager, operations manager and most recently as community director.
