Michigan’s Farbman Group makes three company promotions

Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group promoted three employees across its family of companies.

Sandy Eisho has been promoted from vice president and chief of staff to senior vice president of client solutions and chief of staff. Liz Kushnereit has been promoted from brokerage assistant to brokerage support specialist. Tracey Lee of Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s HVAC sister company, was promoted from lead engineer to field operations supervisor.

In her new role as senior vice president of client solutions and chief of staff, Eisho will oversee Farbman Group’s customer service division across the entirety of the firm’s portfolio, ensuring that clients’ needs are met in a timely and effective matter. Eisho has been with Farbman Group since 2014, serving in several different positions gaining firsthand experience working with Farbman clients and partners before assuming her latest role as senior vice president of client solutions.

In her elevated role as brokerage support specialist, Kushnereit will be responsible for managing numerous real estate transactions across the firm’s portfolio. She has worked at Farbman Group since 2017 gaining brokerage experience for more than five years before assuming her latest role as brokerage support specialist.

In his new role as field operations supervisor for Apex Mechanical, Lee will develop and serve as a leader for the company’s entire operations team. He brings 13 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and electrical work in commercial and industrial settings to his latest position as field operations supervisor.
