Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Farbman Group added three new team members to its family of organizations.
Shaundale Davis-Richmond and Emily Marlowe join Farbman as property managers, and Zach Thomas joins Apex Mechanical Solutions as an HVAC apprentice.
Shaundale Davis-Richmond joins Farbman Group as a property manager. Most recently serving as an executive director for a senior living facility, Davis-Richmond brings over 24 years of experience in residential and senior living management to her new role.
Emily Marlowe joins Farbman Group as a property manager. Marlowe spent the past year serving as an intern at the firm. She is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a degree in hospitality business with a concentration in real estate investments.
Zach Thomas joins Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s resident heating and cooling organization, as an HVAC apprentice. While serving this role, Thomas will be furthering his education and expertise in the HVAC industry at Oakland Community College.
