Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group/NAI Farbman recently named Dan McCleary an associate broker focusing on industrial properties. The announcement was made by company chief executive officer and president Andrew Farbman.
In his new position, McCleary is responsible for coordinating and supervising sales and leasing at industrial properties and factory-warehouse multi-use to light manufacturing buildings and industrial parks in and around the Detroit area.
Before joining Farbman Group, McCleary was employed in industrial real estate sales and leasing positions with several other firms where he has been responsible for managing in excess of 400 properties and negotiating third-party leases. His more than 25 years of experience has included work in most areas of the commercial real estate sector, including sale-lease backs, development parcels and industrial parks.
McCleary washonored in 2006 as a NAI Global Gold Club Member, an exclusive award recognizing NAI associates who have sent successfully completed deals of $1million or more to fellow NAI associates within a single calendar year.
He currentlyresides in Beverly Hills, Mich.
