Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group/NAI Farbman named Ron Madison as vice president of Huntington Construction.
In his new position, Madison is responsible for business development across the entire Midwest for the Farbman Group-owned affiliate. This includes renovations, tenant build-outs, adaptive re-use of challenged properties and new construction. He is also responsible for cost analysis and financial reporting.
His efforts will be focused on both Farbman Group-managed properties and non-owned assets. This will include office, retail, medical, industrial, residential projects, shipping container and historic renovations.
Madison has more than 34 years of experience in creating, maintaining and improving construction projects. His experience includes projects for the City of Detroit, Ford Motor Company, Walmart, Lifetime Fitness and several residential complexes.
Prior to joining Farbman Group, Madison worked as a project manager, estimator and general manager in the construction industry.
