Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group, a full-service real estate company, was honored with six awards in the 2020 Best of the Best Detroit Awards, as recognized by The Detroit Free Press.

We are honored for the recognition across multiple categories this year, but particularly, as the Detroit Free Press’ first commercial real estate ‘Best of the Best’ honoree.”
Detroit Free Press’ 2020 Best of the Best Detroit Awards is a program that identifies and celebrates the best community businesses. These organizations are known for being the finest in the area and demonstrate exceptional services. The awards are sorted into 15 categories where winners are chosen by the community.
The process to determine winners is included in an initial nomination stage, then a final voting stage for the top businesses in each category and then a verification process. Farbman Group won in six different categories.
In addition to being named Best Commercial Real Estate Company, Farbman was also named Best Place to Work, Best Benefits Program, Best Company Culture and Most Innovative Workplace. Its chief financial officer, Chris Chesney, was named Best Accountant. This is the first year The Detroit Free Press has honored a ‘Best of the Best’ commercial real estate company.
