Novi, Michigan-based Oliver/Hatcher Construction made two key promotions.
Scott Stowitts has been promoted to vice president of operations, while Jack Oliver has been named vice president of Oliver/Hatcher.
As vice president of operations, Stowitts will oversee and work with the operations team to ensure overall client satisfaction. Stowitts brings more than 30 years of experience to his new position. He has partnered with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to construct projects across many markets. This includes warehouse/distribution, retail, commercial, federal, industrial, entertainment and water/wastewater projects.
Oliver, who has more than 15 years in the industry, previously worked as director of pre-construction at Oliver/Hatcher. He is experienced in pre-construction management, contract negotiation, cost management and project controls on more than $6 billion of national and international projects.
