Southfield, Michigan-based Signature Associates has added two brokers, Alex Timmis and Dan Morrow.
Timmis began his real estate career working as a marketing an dresearch intern at Signature in 2018. After graduating from Oakland University this spring, was promoted to the industrial brokerage team, where he will focus on the South Corridor and Airport industrial markets.
Morrow will specialize in office brokerage along the Interstate-275 corridor. Previously, he worked in the marketing and advising sector, working exclusively with accounts such as Ford Motor Company, Citigroup, Kimberly-Clark and Art Van.
