Southfield, Michigan-based Signature Associates has added two team members to the company’s investment division, Cade Kozlowski and Jackie Bonnell.
Kozlowski started at Signature Associates as an intern for the investment division’s sale-leaseback team in 2019. He has also worked as a summer analyst for Crestlight Capital, a private real estate investment firm.
Bonnell joins the investment division as the marketing coordinator. She began her career at Signature Associates as an intern in the marketing and market research team.
