In a sign that the Southeast Wisconsin retail market is on the rise, Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin plans to add three brokers to its professional staff.
“Retailers are looking at Southeast Wisconsin and seeing market share that they can gain,” said Dan Rosenfeld, principal at Mid-America Real Estate, in a written statement. “We are seeing a lot of activity. We are ramping up our brokerage staff to provide outstanding service to not only retailers, but retail property owners and shopping center owners as well.”
Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin is one of five offices in the Mid-America Real Estate Group, including Oakbrook Terrace and Chicago, Ill.;, West Bloomfield, Mich.; and Minneapolis locations. The Wisconsin office was established in 2000 by Rosenfeld and Dan Cohen.
Mid-America has recently been retained as the exclusive leasing and sales agent for Pabst Farms Towne Center, Drexel Town Square and the Ruby Farms development project.
Rosenfeld said that Mid-America is recruiting an investment broker and two property leasing and sales brokers.
