The property is located adjacent to the heavily trafficked intersection of three major thoroughfares – Irving Park Road, Cicero Avenue, and North Milwaukee Avenue. The 116,941-square-foot center was sold to Newmark Merrill.
Marketplace at Six Corners is anchored by Jewel-Osco, Marshalls, PetSmart, and Famous Footwear. This Jewel-Osco location is ranked in the 87th percentile in the state with 1.1 million annual visits, according to Placer.ai data. Marshalls receives nearly 600,000 annual visitors and is the #6 ranked location in the state, according to Placer.ai data
