Mid-America closes several retail transactions in Wisconsin

Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin recently completed several transactions in the fourth quarter of the year.

Discount Tire Co. purchased 1.22 acres at 5103 Washington Ave. in Racine, Wisconsin. Mid-America’s Tony Colvin represented the buyer with this transaction.

Lou Malnati’s leased 2,074 square feeet at the Riverpoint Village retail center at 8629 N. Port Washington Road in Milwaukee. Fred Stalle with Mid-America represented the landlord.

uBreakiFix leased 1,824 square feet at the Centennial Center retail development at 8880 S. Howell Ave. in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Colvin and Drew Speth with Mid-America represented the tenant.

And CosmoProf leased 2,200 square feet at the Marinette Commons retail center at 18985 W. Capitol Drive in Brookfield, Wisconsin. David Baker, Stalle and Scott Satula represented the landlord.
