Mattoon Marketplace is 98% leased to a complementary mix of creditworthy national and regional tenants such as PetSmart, Dollar Tree, Cato, Hibbett Sporting Goods, Aspen Dental, Buffalo Wild Wings, Verizon, and Shoe Sensation. The shopping center benefits from unprecedented cross traffic from neighboring shadow anchors including a Walmart Supercenter and Home Depot.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Rick Drogosz and Vice President Emily Gadomski were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, United American Properties.
