Grace & Shelly’s Cupcakes leased 1,400 square feet of space at the Fox Bay Building, located at 308 E. Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay.
Daniel Cohen and Dan Klister of Mid-America Real Estate — Wisconsin represented the cupcake maker in the transaction.
