Point Loomis is 100% leased to a high-performing rent roll of national tenants including Kohl’s, Pick ‘n Save, Chase Bank, Dunkin’ Donuts, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Spectrum.

The 167,533-square-foot center was acquired by a private buyer.
