Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Spoerlein Commons, a mixed-use asset in the Chicago suburb of Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
The 41,455-square-foot center was sold to CRE Pro.
Spoerlein Commons features an array of medical, wellness, restaurant, retail, and service tenants, along with 2nd floor offices. The tenancy is primarily essential or service-based, making it especially resistant to threats from e-commerce or pandemic-related restrictions. The areas surrounding Spoerlein Commons are some of the most attractive demographics in the entire Chicago MSA with a combination of both density and high-income households.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Rick Drogosz, Vice President Emily Gadomski, and Senior Vice President George Ghattas were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of an institutional seller.
