Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group brokered the sale of North Town Centre, the primary shopping center in both Antigo and Langlade County, Wisconsin.

North Town Centre is anchored by TJ Maxx, Dunham’s Sports, Dollar Tree and Shoe Sensation. Over 67% of the occupied GLA has operated at the center for more than 14 years. North Town Centre also benefits from retail traffic-driving shadow tenants Goodwill, McDonald’s, Kwik Trip, Subway, and The Furniture Den. The 100% occupied center has excellent visibility along US-45 and WI-64 and is easily identified by two large pylon signs positioned along each commercial thoroughfare.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Rick Drogosz, Vice President Emily Gadomski, and Associate Eric Geskermann, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin, LLC Principal Dan Rosenfeld, served as exclusive listing brokers on behalf of the seller, Infinite Equity Capital LLC. The property was acquired by a private buyer.
