Mid-America Real Estate Corporation has brokered the sale of The Shops on Elm Place a 35,672-square-foot mixed-use neighborhood center located in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park.
The Shops on Elm Place is 87% leased to a complementary line up of retail, service, dining, medical, and office tenants including The BBQ Pit, Spiffy Entertainment, US Holocaust Memorial Museum, Bentley Safety Products, LifeStance, and Dr. Gilbert Orthodontics. The vibrant and highly trafficked surrounding area features strong upscale retail offerings including Anthropologie, Bluemercury, Pottery Barn, Starbucks, Free People, Landmark Renaissance Cinema, Lou Malnati’s, Sunset Foods, and Walgreens. The Shops on Elm Place was sold to a Private 1031 Buyer.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Joe Girardi and Vice President Emily Gadomski were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of Northpond Partners.
