Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Ballwin Plaza, a retail center located in Ballwin, Mo., a city in the St. Louis market.
Cincinnati-based Viking Partners purchased the 200,915-square-foot grocery-anchored regional shopping center.
Ballwin Plaza is located at the northwest corner of Manchester Road and Vlasis Drive, and is anchored by Schnucks Supermarket.
