Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the Grand River Plaza retail center located in Howell, Mich.
Ramapo, N.Y.-based Northeast Capital Group and BHN Associates, led by Joel Kiss, purchased the 220,744-square-foot center.
Grand River Plaza is located at the northwest quadrant of Grand River Avenue and Latson Road, and is anchored by Elder-Berrman, Dunham’s Sports, TJ Maxx and Big Lots.
Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Daniel Stern of Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan Inc. were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of a public REIT.
