Champaign Town Center is a well-located community center leased to five national brand-named tenants including Home Goods (TJX Companies), Ruler Foods (Kroger), JoAnn Fabrics, Guitar Center, and Men’s Wearhouse. The property is located in the heart of the Champaign regional trade area, and neighbors dominant national retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart, Menards, and Costco. Champaign is home to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, one of the nation’s 10 largest public universities with an enrollment of nearly 57,000 students.
