West Bloomfield, Mich.-based Mid-America Real Estate Michigan recently closed a 1,533-square-foot lease that will bring a Jimmy Johns sandwich shop to Southgate, Mich.
The sandwich shop will do business from the Southgate Plaza shopping center.
