Mid-America has signed At Home, a Plano, TX-based home décor superstore, to a 104,782-square-foot lease at Fabyan Crossing in Geneva, IL. This will be the company’s fourth location in Illinois.
Mid-America principal Dick Spinell and vice president Paige Schiesser represented the landlord in this transaction. Adam Cody with JLL represented the tenant.
Fabyan Crossing is located at the northwest corner of Randall Road and Fabyan Parkway in the western Chicago suburb. The center includes a strong tenant lineup of national retailers including Best Buy, Burlington Coat Factory, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
