Mid-America Asset Management Inc. recently secured three new retail leases on behalf of Orland Park Crossing located at the northeast corner of 143rd Street and LaGrange Road in Orland Park, Ill.
The 107,371-square-foot lifestyle center features tenants including: White House Black Market, Talbots, Charles Schwab, Ann Taylor, and Charming Charlie.
Soft Surroundings signed a lease for 5,445 square feet and was represented by John Vance of Stone Real Estate. Comcast/Xfinity signed a lease for 5,303 square feet and was represented by Carole Borg of CBRE. Massage Green signed a lease for 2,509 square feet and was represented by Eric Unatin of Armada Real Estate Services. All three tenants are expected to open spring 2016.
Mid-America Leasing Representatives Paige Schiesser and Samantha Spinell Schnell represented the landlord in the three transactions.
