Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Drexel Town Square Outlot in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The 7,882-square-foot retail center was sold to a private buyer.

Drexel Town Square Outlot is located 15 minutes from Milwaukee’s downtown central business district in the city of Oak Creek. The five-tenant outlot is a part of Oak Creek’s newest retail, commercial, residential and civic development, Drexel Town Square.

Reminiscent of a traditional downtown, the retail, commercial, residential and civic development includes a real Main Street, with a new city hall and library on a town square, surrounded by retail stores, restaurants, shops, businesses and apartments.

The retail building is 100-percent leased to national tenants including Associated Bank, Sport Clips, Bentley’s Pet Stuff, Charles Schwab and Tropical Smoothie

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Vice President Carly Gallagher Kelly and Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin Vice President Andrew Prater were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of a Wisconsin-based developer.
