MidTown Tech Park, a research and development facility in Cleveland, recently opened for new business. This new-construction project is part of the Cleveland Health Tech Corridor. It includes 128,000 square feet of building space.
Terry Coyne, executive vice president with Grubb & Ellis Cleveland, is representing MidTown Tech Park.
The park already has one client, the non-profit venture development organization Jumpstart, Inc.
