Midwest Warehouse & Distribution System, an Illinois-based logistics company, signed a long-term lease to fully occupy the industrial building at 1450 Remington Blvd. in Bolingbrook.
Known as Carlow V, the building totals 650,494 square feet within the Carlow Corporate Center in Chicago’s South I-55 Corridor Industrial submarket. The facility features 102 exterior loading docks, 30-foot clear height and heavy power.
Midwest Warehouse is consolidating two facilities in Bolingbrook and Plainfield for its client, Diageo.
