Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company in Chicago, recently sold seven office condominiums, totaling 19,567 square feet in the Sky Harbor Business Park in Northbrook.
Developed in 2007, 304 Wainwright is a 23,958 square foot building with nine office condos. The seven units Millennium sold ranged from vanilla-box condition to move-in ready with two units leased at the time of sale. The Sky Harbor Business Park is a prime location for office users in the northwest suburbs, convenient to both the Edens Expressway Spur (I-94) and the Tri-State Tollway (I-294).
“There was a substantial amount on interest in this property; it was scheduled to be part of our fall auction, but through our aggressive marketing, we received several offers for substantially above the minimum bid prior to the auction,” said Daniel J. Hyman, president of Millennium Properties.
“These office condos were purchased by a medical user who intends to occupy several units and lease the rest of the space,” said Chet Evans, vice president of Millennium Properties.
