Millennium Properties R/E recently hired Tony Caratachea as a member of its property management team, overlooking a portfolio of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use and multi-family properties for clients throughout the Chicagoland area.
Previously, Caratachea worked as a property manager for Caratachea Properties, advertising available units and conducting showings, as well as coordinating all aspects of tenant relations.
Caratachea also served as an assistant vice president and branch manager for PNC Bank, where he was responsible for expanding account opportunities and opening a new branch at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
