Milwaukee-based CG Schmidt, a construction management firm, welcomed back Joe Farley as a project manager. With 15 years of experience and numerous projects while at CGS, Farley will manage high-profile projects in Wisconsin. Farley previously six years with CG Schmidt.
Farley will plan, organize and control all resources for the execution of construction projects. He will also serve as the primary point of contact for owners and lead project teams during construction to ensure project quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Farley’s experience in the construction industry includes working with numerous sectors including healthcare, education, senior living and warehousing facilities.
