Water USA recently leased 39,349 square feet of flex space in a building located in Pewaukee, Wis. Steve Stewart from Inland Companies brokered this deal.
ATI Physical Therapy leased 3,898 square feet of retail space in the Oakridge Square shopping development in West Allis, Wis. Russ Sagmoen from Inland brokered the deal.
