Cities Management, a Minneapolis-based provider of property management services to homeowners associations, recently expanded its services to the rental market.
Called Cities Rental, the new services includes screening and placing renters, marketing homes for rent, collecting rent, unit upkeep and repair services and dispute resolution.
Cities Management boasts a portfolio of nearly 200 homeowners associations, representing 11,000 households across Minnesota and into western Wisconsin.
