CoStar Group, an independent commercial research firm, honored Minneapolis’ Everest Real Estate Advisors with a 2011 CoStar Power Broker Award.
This annual award recognizes the “best of the best” in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2011 in their respective markets.
Everest Real Estate Advisors qualified as one of the top commercial brokerage firms in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Area based on total sales transactions closed during the year.
“As a new business, we are especially excited to be receiving this award from CoStar,” said Gina Dingman, president of Everest Real Estate Advisors.
Everest’s first full year in business was 2011.
