Ramona Wilson has joined Minneapolis-based Knutson Construction as its director of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Wilson will be based out of Knutson’s Minneapolis office while working with the team across its offices in Minneapolis, Rochester and Mankato, Minnesota; as well as in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Most recently, Wilson worked as supplier diversity manager for 3M Company. Before that, she spent more than eight years building Knutson’s DEI platform. Her creation of the Knutson Alliance Program in 2015 provides development opportunities for minority-owned and women-owned businesses in the construction industry.
Moving forward, Wilson will continue her focus on building relationships with diverse trade partners and supporting Knutson’s DE&I initiatives.
